What we collect

Only what you type into this site: an answer to the hero question, a pilot-list email and preferences, feedback, the one thing you bring to a session, a challenger/supporter vote, and anonymous interaction events (which sections you saw, which links you clicked). Each is stored with a random session identifier held in a cookie on your device.

What we don't collect

We do not ask for, and ask that you do not send, any health information. Crux is not therapy, not medical care, and does not diagnose or treat any condition. We do not buy data, and we do not sell or rent yours.

Why we collect it

To run Pilot 001 and decide what to build. Email addresses are used to reply to you, to offer a session or a seat, and to tell you when something meaningful changes. Nothing else.

Cookies

Two first-party cookies: a random session identifier, and a 50/50 test assignment that changes one line of copy. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking.

Retention and deletion

Pilot data is kept while the pilot runs and for up to twelve months after. Email lilykang27@gmail.com and we will delete everything tied to you, usually within a few days.

Who else sees it

Submissions are stored in our backend and read by the founder. Scheduling runs through Calendly, which receives whatever you enter into its calendar form under its own privacy terms.

Adults only

Crux is for adults 18+. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency number, or in the US call or text 988.
